GEKO Water (Dale Kirkwood LTD) delivers bottled water and cooler refills in Limassol and Paphos, Cyprus, on scheduled delivery days for your area.
Prices shown include VAT where applicable. Volume discounts are applied automatically at checkout. Payment is taken on delivery (cash, card terminal, or a payment link) unless stated otherwise.
Deliveries run on the scheduled days for your city, 08:00–19:00. Free delivery applies to orders over the threshold shown at checkout; smaller orders carry the displayed delivery fee.
Monthly plans renew automatically and can be paused or cancelled as described on the plan page. The Cooler plan carries a 6-month minimum term. Subscriptions are activated once the first payment (or payment link) is completed.
Cooler bottles remain the property of Dale Kirkwood LTD. After cancelling, please return equipment within 30 days — pickup is free.
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched. If a delivery is wrong or damaged, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Our liability is limited to the value of the affected order, except where law provides otherwise. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and EU consumer protection rules. Disputes fall under Cypriot jurisdiction.
